We add value to the real estate development process by leveraging our origins as developers. With 55 years of experience combined, we specialize in the development and management of high-quality commercial, office, andresidential buildings across Latin America and North America.
Our deep understanding of the challenges and complexities of real estate allows us to provide meaningful support to other developers, particularly throughout the pre-construction phase. By working closely with our clients, we help ensure ambitious results and long-term success.
Who We Are
Horacio is the Principal Partner of the company, responsible for defining its strategic direction and overseeing investment strategy and financial operations, including capital structuring and investor relations. With over a decade of experience, he has delivered 380,000 SF across eight commercial and residential projects. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from ITBA and a Master’s in Management from ESCP Europe, and began his career in consulting across Latin America.
Martin is the Managing Partner and oversees the company’s development strategy, including market entry and partnerships. With over 20 years of experience, he expanded his family’s South American real estate business with 300,000 SF of projects and later led acquisitions for 1,000 units in South Florida. Recognized for integrity, precision, and effective communication, he fosters enduring client and partner relationships. He holds an MBA from Wharton.
Marcos oversees pre-development and asset management, from project strategy to disposition. He previously held roles at UBS and BSIG and founded Tibidabo Capital, specializing in multifamily investments. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from USC Marshall.
